SANS RIVAL Cake
Cashew dacquoise + French buttercream + toasted cashews = Sans Rival
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar. Add flour and chopped cashews.
Distribute the preparation into cake rings. Bake at 300 F/150 C for 50 minutes.
Beat egg yolks and vanilla extract. Pour the sugar syrup over the beaten egg yolks and beat.
Add the cooled egg yolks/sugar mixture to the beaten butter.
Spread buttercream and chopped nuts between dacquoise disks. Cover top of the cake with cream and nuts.
