This Starbucks vanilla bean frappuccino recipe is easy, budget-friendly, and tasty. It tastes just as good (or even better) than the store-bought version.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) milk (3.2 % fat)
  • 1 cup (210 g) crushed ice
  • 3 scoops vanilla bean ice cream (200 g)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • vanilla bean pod (optional for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (except the whipped cream) into a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the drink into your favorite glass, then add a swirl of whipped cream on top.
  3. Enjoy it right away with a fun straw.

Notes

  1. Get all your ingredients ready ahead of time, especially the ice cream and ice so that you can blend and enjoy your treat right away. A little prep (mise en place) makes the preparation smooth.
  2. Toss in fresh or frozen fruits while blending, or add them on top when serving.
  3. Experiment with different flavors, like drizzling caramel or chocolate syrup, if desired.
  4. The nutritional info doesn't include whipped cream.
