Fruit mixing chart: how to use it
It is time to download and print out the fruit flavor pairing chart. But how to use it?
Simply choose the main ingredient - a fruit you would like to use in the ingredients column (the fruits are in alphabetical order). Then, locate other fruit pairs that will complement your fruit.
Or use a spice or spirits chart to team your fruit with warm spices, orange liqueur, rum, white wine, etc.
First, try and combine two flavors, and if you like the combo, enhance it with spice or alcohol.
Get creative and experiment with adventurous flavors and tastes. But, really, nothing that would beat a new custom flavor!

Great resource, fruit pairing, thank you.
I was interested in the fruit & savoury pairing search engine that you mention (& call flavorpox); but when I followed the link my briwser warned me that I would be leaving a secure site, & that my personal details, credit cards etc may be at risk. Incidentally, the app you are referencing is flavorfox, not flavorpox, & the link to it from their FB page also warns me that the.certificate for the site is invalid, & that I would be at risk if i proceeded. So for now, I'll just have to remain curious.
Thanks

Hello, Eljay. I just tried to access the Flavorfox app, but it doesn't seem to exist. I even clicked the link on their Instagram page, which didn't work either. Sorry.
