I created this cheat sheet because I always have a tough time finding the perfect measurement table for myself.

Now I don't need to search the internet for the perfect conversion chart. It is a two-page FREE chart you can print out right now.

What's included in the measurement conversion chart?

It covers liquid conversions from cups to tablespoons to teaspoons and milliliters. It also includes dry measurement conversions (weight ounces, pounds, grams) and an oven temperature conversion chart.

You will find gallons, quarts, pints, cups, and liquid ounces conversions, too, perfect for making a pitcher of sangria for the next garden party.

Measuring tools for cooking and baking

The proper tools for measuring out the liquid and dry ingredients are invaluable while baking. And a few well-purchased items will last you for years. Here is a list of my favorite measuring tools when I am in the kitchen.

  • Kitchen scale: I've had a kitchen scale for many years, and it works great for my everyday cooking and baking.
  • Dry measuring cups and spoons: I love copper measuring cups and spoons. The cups come in sizes of ¼ cup, ¼ cup, ½ cup, and 1 cup. The set is accompanied by 1 tablespoon, ½ tablespoon, 1 teaspoon, ½ teaspoon, and ¼ teaspoon. They are stackable, durable, and don't rust or stain over time. Plus, detachable clip rings keep them secure.
  • Liquid measuring cups: I've had a liquid measuring cup for a couple of years and always use it. It is made of BPA-free plastic and has standard and metric measurements. If you prefer microwave-safe cups, choose a set of glass measuring cups.
  • Measuring shot glass: I can't believe how much I love measuring shot glass. It is so easy and convenient for measuring small quantities of liquid ingredients.

If you love baking, then the right tools are essential for getting successful baking without fail. Read what baking essential tools every baker needs.

Hi - I was excited to hear that you would provide a measurement conversion list. But, no matter how often I have tried (even clicking on several possible links or buttons, I have not yet got it - not even to view, let alone print. Can you help me? Thanks.
