Kay says
Hi Iām so excited to try this recipe!! Quick question, if I wanted to add a bit more milk chocolate to the heavy whipping cream would it still form into stable whipping cream when I whisk it?
Irina says
Kay, I can guarantee the best results with the use of milk chocolate and whipping cream as 1:2. You are free to experiment with another ratio, but I have not tried it myself except the one I recommend. If you want to intensify the cream with the chocolate taste, please, try to use top-quality dark chocolate. It should be nice. Please, let me know how it went! š
